Bograch (Spicy Soup)
Bograch is a traditional soup from Zakarpattia, a Ukrainian region in the Carpathian Mountains. This thick and aromatic soup, traditionally prepared over open fire in cast iron cauldron, combines meat, peppers, paprika and regional spices. The characteristic smoky aroma and rich flavors made this soup the gastronomic symbol of Zakarpattia.
